  A Whole Foods is defined by both the quality of its food and of its service. That's why some of us choose to shop there, but it's the service that truly makes want to pay more. The unfriendly Hispanic lady (usually has her hair up) who tends the flower shop and for whom both a good morning and answering a few questions about her flowers is a chore and bore is not why some of us shop choose to pay more at WH. I can get that at the 99 Cent store. I have resisted writing this review but it's the third time this happened and I like buying flowers so time for management and other customers to know.
